Meet The team

Ronsha’ Netter serves as the founder and CEO of Girls Guide to Life Club. “GGTLC” was created to support and prepare girls for the future. With over 10 years of experience in the education field, I see firsthand the negative effects social media and peer pressure has on our youth. I hear what the kids are having conversations about. Sometimes it’s shocking to hear some of the things being talked about, but I’ve always appreciated the fact that the kids felt comfortable enough to share their inner thoughts and experiences with me. I’ve learned over the years that our kids need more mentors and positive role models in their lives.

It is so important for young girls to have positive role models around. Role models who are intentional about being there, listening to, and caring for them. Girls Guide to Life Club gives the girls an amazing opportunity to learn life skills, financial independence, volunteering for the community, teamwork, and much more. More importantly, it gives our girls a safe space free of stress and judgement. Check out “History of Girls Guide To Life Club” to learn more about how it all started.
